mIRC is a good way to send files from person to person. If a file is stopped half way and you start it again it will resume at the same place it finished. After downloading install then open up mIRC for the first time put in your nickname email and alternative name in. |

| After all that information is in click the arrow on the IRC Network (1) and choose a network. Then click on Connect to IRC server(2)(eg Gamesnet) |

| Once you have connect to server a popup window will appear, this is were you type in the channel you want to join.(eg MCM2.) |

| When you are in the channel hopefully the person you want is in there with you on the right hand side.
Click on the DCC button on the top of the menu (1), then click send and type the name of the person you want to send the file to(2).
Then choose which folder you want to send the file from(3) and then the file(4).Click send and away it goes.
Note files must be in a .Zip format to send. You can change this to accept all type of files |
